REFUND & RETURN POLICY — HANGIFY

1. Overview

At HANGIFY, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Our Return Conditions

Given the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following case:

The item was damaged during shipping/transit.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer

  • Item no longer needed

  • Delayed delivery within the announced timeframe (10–15 business days)


3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The damage must have occurred during shipping (not through customer misuse)

  • The claim must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition

  • You must provide photo or video evidence of the damage upon receipt


4. How to Request a Refund

If your item arrived damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact.hangify@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include in your email:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the damage

    • Photos or videos showing the damaged item and its packaging

  3. Wait for our response — our team will review your claim within 2 business days

  4. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our warehouse and return instructions


5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HANGIFY is not responsible for lost return packages

  • The return address will be provided only after your claim has been approved


6. Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be offered one of the following two options (your choice):

Option Details
💰 Full Money Refund 100% refund to your original payment method
📦 Replacement Product A brand new item shipped to you at no extra cost

Your chosen refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

For money refunds, the amount will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–7 business days).


7. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Items returned without prior approval from HANGIFY

  • Items that are used, washed, or not in their original packaging

  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Dissatisfaction not related to shipping damage

  • Items returned after the 14-day window


8. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at contact.hangify@gmail.com. We will investigate with our logistics partner and provide you with a solution. Note that customs delays may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our standard estimate.


As HANGIFY is registered in Belgium, this policy complies with Belgian consumer law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory legal rights as a consumer under Belgian or European law.
